Drawing on my experience as a faculty member and teaching consultant at the Center for Teaching at Brown and Vanderbilt University, I provide consulting services to individuals, groups, and organizations who want to create learning and work spaces where students, faculty, and staff members feel they belong, can confidently and competently talk and cooperate across differences, and thrive.
To date, I have hosted workshops for faculty at Harvard University, James Madison University, Georgia Southern University, Christian Brothers University, Princeton University, and the United States Naval Academy (among others). These trainings have primarily focused on the university classroom but I have also led case study based trainings for staff on other parts of campus including residential life and internship coordinators.
