Drawing on my experience as a faculty member and teaching consultant at the Center for Teaching at Brown and Vanderbilt University, I provide consulting services to individuals, groups, and organizations who are interested in effectively addressing issues of inclusivity, equity, and antiracism in the higher education setting. Feel free to visit my website, Your Cooperative Colleague, for more information. For examples of my consulting work, see this list of workshops I host on anti-racist teaching.
To date, I have hosted workshops for faculty at Harvard University, James Madison University, Georgia Southern University, Christian Brothers University, Princeton University, and the United States Naval Academy (among others). These trainings have primarily focused on the university classroom but I have also led case study based trainings for staff on other parts of campus including residential life and internship coordinators.
